Refund & Return Policy


To provide people with a great service we allow return applications for up to 24 hours from the time of delivery. But, note that due to hygiene reasons this facility is available only for those products that default before use. The product should be returned to us in the original packaging provided by us. We prohibit return facility on certain items like gift cards, and personal care items like sanitary pads. To process refunds, we require you to send proof of purchase along with the unused product.


We care for our customers and exchange the products that are delivered to you in a defective state. You can email us to get your replacement item. We will make the replacement as soon as it is possible for us. You can ask for the exchange to the same or a different product as per your choice. Additional charges may apply if you want to get a toy of a higher price.


Refunds are granted to the customers after the product is received at our centre and is approved after inspection. Once the inspection is completed, you will be notified through email about the approval or rejection of refunds. Refunds are not made for sale items as they are heavily discounted. For certain products, the refund amount is partial due to incorporating shipping charges.

Late refunds or missing refunds:

It may take a few days to process the refunds, it will be based on the services of your bank. You can recheck your bank account or contact your bank to check their refund process.
